David Steel is a founder, strategist, and full-service marketing leader with over 15 years of experience helping executives, founders, and mission-driven organizations grow at the intersection of people, technology, and purpose. As the founder of EveryoneLinked, David has guided hundreds of leaders in turning personal brand, LinkedIn, and modern marketing systems into trusted authority and measurable growth across industries including commercial real estate, coaching, and wellness.

Earlier in his career, David led large-scale digital and technology transformations, earning national recognition including a Smithsonian Institution Award for technology innovation. He later founded the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce, helping organizations align profitability with sustainability, and has mentored more than hundreds of founders and U.S. Special Operations veterans through The Honor Foundation and Founder Institute.

Today, David brings that systems-level thinking into helping leaders clarify their story, strengthen their online presence, and build integrated marketing ecosystems. Meet Kevin Popović

Kevin Popović is a strategist, educator, and innovation architect who helps people create new ideas that solve business problems. Known as The Idea Guy®, Kevin works at the intersection of Human Insights and Artificial Intelligence, designing frameworks that amplify clarity, creativity, and execution inside organizations.

He is the author of AMPLIFIED! (CRC Press, 2026), a two-part book that introduces the HI × AI framework for identifying the right problem and creating the right solution. The model positions Human Insights as the foundation and Artificial Intelligence as the multiplier, enabling leaders to think more clearly, innovate more effectively, and implement with confidence.

Kevin’s work spans higher education, healthcare, financial services, nonprofits, and venture-backed startups. He founded Ideahaus, an award-winning creative communications agency, and later served as Director of the ZIP Idea Lab at San Diego State University, where he led campus-wide innovation initiatives and developed the Innovation Funnel. He has since worked with universities, executive teams, and founders to design repeatable innovation systems that strengthen both thinking and performance.

Currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Innovation, Kevin’s research examines how HI × AI can improve problem identification and innovation adoption inside complex organizations.

His work bridges theory and practice, translating peer-reviewed research into actionable tools used in workshops, bootcamps, and enterprise programs.

Kevin has delivered keynotes, taught executive education, written for the San Diego Business Journal, and developed experiential learning models that connect clarity, creativity, and measurable outcomes. Whether advising C-suite leaders or mentoring emerging innovators, his focus remains consistent: help organizations identify the right problem, design the right solution, and build the internal capability to repeat the process.
